This is the first ever Illustration Friday post. The topic this time was 'Dip'. There isn't any perspective or concrete form to this composition and it was entirely intentional. I think when making a painting or a sketch it doesn't really have to have the single source of light, background, foreground to make it look complete. We are so accustomed to seeing things 'proper' and 'as they are' that we usually end up expecting the same from the painting which more often than not just takes away the very point of that particular piece of art, that its made for 'its' sake and not to imitate reality(ies?) from just one point of perspective.
Recently I discovered that men in Mr.Man's family are extra cautious about certain things, so when they found out that an army of vicious mosquitoes and other insects are attacking Mr.Man at his new house they gifted him two mighty strong repellers to protect and destroy those damned buzzbiters. Mr.Man is currently very fascinated with all the damage Ultrasonic mosquito repeller can do to all kinds of flies and keeps telling me about its awesomeness. The Ultrasonic mosquito repeller is quite efficient I must say, it sends some crazy waves which make these insects go mental in circles and eventually die of sheer exhaustion.
Sketch of my old desk and a mountain of clothes next to it, which remained stationery until it started invading my desk space. I don't have a desk now :( well I do but it looks more like the table in a tacky restaurant. I miss my old desk and my room and home. but oh well, changes are inevitable and I love my new home so why complain?
